How Clariven™ works.

The Clariven™ system is a complete, activity-based Medicare education framework made up of three complementary components. Together, they address every dimension of Medicare learning — from foundational knowledge to personalized plan fit.

How It Works

Traditional Medicare education asks people to sit, listen, and absorb. Clariven™ takes a different approach. Each component of the system is built around active participation — structured activities that build knowledge progressively, keep participants engaged, and make information far more likely to stick.

Sessions are led by a licensed facilitator or trained representative. No specialized Medicare expertise is required to facilitate — the system guides the session.

01 Comprehension

The first component builds foundational Medicare knowledge through an interactive, group-based activity. Participants engage with core Medicare concepts — Parts A, B, C, and D; enrollment periods; coverage types — in a format that encourages participation and discussion rather than passive note-taking.

Ideal for: Group workshops, community events, senior centers, carrier-sponsored education sessions.

02 Retention

The second component reinforces and tests Medicare knowledge through a fast-paced, team-based challenge. Participants apply what they've learned, identify gaps in their understanding, and leave with stronger recall of the concepts that matter most.

Ideal for: Follow-up sessions, agent client events, Medicare education series.

03 Personal Fit

The third component shifts from general knowledge to personal application. Participants work through a structured tool designed to help them identify the Medicare coverage options that align with their own health needs, budget, and preferences.
